not to a size chart.
Every stock wig is a compromise between your head and someone else's measurements. A commission removes the compromise. You choose the hair, we build the unit around your circumference, your hairline and the way you actually wear it.
The commission
01 — Consultation
Twenty minutes, by video or in writing. We take your measurements, look at your current hairline and understand how often the unit will be worn. Nothing is ordered yet.
02 — Selection
You choose origin, texture, length, density, lace and cap construction. We show you the raw hair before it is ventilated.
03 — Construction
The unit is knotted by hand. Knots are bleached at the parting, baby hair is drawn in by hand, and the cap is built to your circumference rather than to a small-medium-large.
04 — Fitting
The unit arrives cut but uncustomised so nothing is irreversible. We walk you through plucking, laying and the first install.

Lead time
Four to six weeks from the moment the hair is confirmed. Colouring adds one week. We do not shorten this — hand-ventilating a full lace unit takes the time it takes, and a rushed hairline is visible from across a room.
Commissions are non-refundable once construction begins, because the unit exists for one head only. This is why the consultation comes first and costs nothing.
